By accessing or using Yorixa ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App. These Terms apply to all users of the App, including those who contribute content, information, and other materials or services.

Yorixa is a social networking application that provides AI-assisted conversations and connects users based on shared interests and hobbies. The App allows users to:

• Chat with an AI model for writing, coding, advice, and daily activities
• Opt-in to have selected conversations analyzed to build a personalized profile
• Connect and match with other users based on shared interests
• Message other users and share content with connections

3. User Accounts

Registration

To use certain features of the App, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

4. User Content and Conduct

Content Ownership

You retain ownership of any content you post, upload, or otherwise make available through the App ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant Yorixa a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, process, and display such content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the App's services.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the App to:

• Post content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
• Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any other malicious code
• Engage in any form of harassment, hate speech, or discrimination
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or other users' accounts
• Use the App for any commercial purposes without our prior written consent
• Spam, solicit, or promote illegal activities

5. AI Conversations and Profile Building

AI Assistance

The AI assistant is provided for informational and assistance purposes. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that AI responses are accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific needs. You should not rely solely on AI-generated content for important decisions.

Opt-In Profile Building

By default, your AI conversations are private and not used for profile building. You may opt-in to allow selected conversations to be analyzed for creating your profile and matching you with other users. You can control which conversations are used and can opt-out at any time.

No Guarantee of Matches

While we use your profile to suggest potential connections, we do not guarantee specific matches or outcomes. The quality of matches depends on various factors including user participation and profile accuracy.

6. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Kithinji Brian and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App without our prior written permission.

7. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding your personal information.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

You may delete your account at any time through the App settings. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease, and we will delete your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YORIXA AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Yorixa, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the App, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms within the App and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
