Child Safety Standards
Last updated: October 10, 2025
Introduction
Yorixa (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and abuse-free digital environment. These Child Safety Standards describe the policies and measures we have implemented to prevent, detect, and respond to any form of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) on our platform.
We align our practices with Google Play’s Child Safety Standards Policy and all applicable laws, including the Children Act, 2022 and international frameworks addressing child protection.
Prohibited Content and Conduct
We have a strict zero-tolerance policy toward any content or behavior that exploits or harms children, including:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form.
- Solicitation, grooming, or attempts to contact minors for sexual or exploitative purposes.
- Depictions, sharing, or promotion of child nudity, exploitation, or endangerment.
- Impersonation of minors or coercion of children into inappropriate activities.
Any violation will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to law enforcement.
Moderation & Detection
Yorixa employs both automated tools and human review to detect, prevent, and respond to CSAE-related activity:
- AI-assisted scanning and filtering of shared content (images, text, media) for known abuse patterns.
- Reporting suspicious accounts and content to trusted child safety organizations and authorities.
- Reviewing all reports submitted by users and taking immediate enforcement actions.
- Continuous updating of moderation systems with data from recognized organizations such as NCMEC and Tech Coalition.
Reporting & Response Procedures
We encourage users to report any content, message, or user that may be involved in CSAE or related violations. Reports are reviewed promptly by our Trust & Safety team.
To report child safety concerns:
- Email us directly at kithinjibrian369@gmail.com
- Include relevant details such as screenshots, usernames, or message links.
- We review and act on all reports within 24–48 hours, and cooperate fully with law enforcement if necessary.
Education and Prevention
We are committed to empowering users through safety awareness and preventive measures:
- Displaying clear safety reminders and reporting options within the app.
- Providing resources on safe online behavior and how to identify grooming attempts.
- Collaborating with experts to improve our detection and prevention efforts.
Collaboration with Authorities
We cooperate fully with law enforcement and recognized child protection organizations in cases of CSAE. When necessary, we will:
- Report confirmed cases to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or relevant national authority.
- Preserve evidence securely and in accordance with data protection and law enforcement guidelines.
- Assist in investigations to protect victims and prevent further harm.
Commitment to Continuous Improvement
Our child safety standards are reviewed regularly to incorporate evolving best practices, technological advancements, and policy updates from international and local child protection authorities.
